I hold certifications from the American Council on Exercise and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with specializations in corrective exercise, biomechanics, post-orthopedic rehabilitation, and senior fitness, and I’ve worked with clients from ages 13 to 95 across more than 10,000 sessions.
